FINALLY Made it to the Sculpture Garden
Crossed another item off of my summer bucket list this week (Lightbulb! Maybe I will post a seasonal bucket list… that could be fun). I finally made it to the newly renovated sculpture garden at the Walker Arts Center in Minneapolis. We saw everything including the iconic “Spoonbridge and Cherry,” which I haven’t seen up close, EVER! So, this is a pretty big deal. Anyways, my dear friend Liz came into town from D.C. earlier this week, and it was the perfect reason to take in this beautiful sculpture garden. ALSO, the Tuesday that we visited was a day after my birthday (#PrimeLeoSeason), so this could also be labeled as…

Sunny Days and Summer Squashes
I can’t believe that July is over and August is HERE! I am a Leo, so this is a pretty exciting part of the year for me. NEVERTHELESS — This past week (and really this whole summer) has been rocking at full throttle, and I wanted to check in and let you know about a few fun life updates that went on in the month of July: Vacationed with the best of them. That’s what how it works in my head. Here we go! Grateful – DJ Khaled Like most of his snapchat following, I have been looking forward to this album for almost six months.…

Mexico City Musings
Traveled to Mexico City about two weeks ago, and it has been on my mind ever since. Such an adventure in the world’s fifth largest (or largest depending on who you talk to) city. This post has taken me a while as it has taken a while for all of my thoughts from my latest whirlwind adventure to settle (and, I’ve had to edit all of those pictures *smiley face with tongue out*). If you have been following me on Instagram @LivingNimbly, you know that I have been eating lots of good food, but I wanted to lay out all of the context here. I left Minneapolis for nearly two…

Easy One-Pot Pesto Pasta
Spring went and sprung a long time ago but here at LivingNimbly, we still have an easy, one-pot spring-inspired pasta dish that will be on your mind (and plate) well into the summer months. Today, I’m going to be highlighting a flavorful pesto pasta with little cleanup involved. My roommates pointed this out to me this week: “Jack, you sure like making all of your meals in one pot or pan.” I knew that about myself; however, someone else pointing it out made me consider how it is not as commonplace as I may think it is. I’ve lived in apartments with small galley kitchens for the past couple of years, and…
