Easy One-Pot Pesto Pasta
Spring went and sprung a long time ago but here at LivingNimbly, we still have an easy, one-pot spring-inspired pasta dish that will be on your mind (and plate) well into the summer months. Today, I’m going to be highlighting a flavorful pesto pasta with little cleanup involved. Happy Monday. Remember when I said that I was going to be posting a weekly workout playlist. Well, I have plenty of exercise related excuses and life updates that are giving me a “get out a jail free’ card: Jack’s First Organized Run. Last weekend, I ran in my cousin’s elementary school’s mile long fun run. This was a pretty big deal for me, and I didn’t bump into anyone too hard.
